We need an experienced BDE with excellent communication skills, and knowledge of Upwork, People Per Hour, Guru, LinkedIn, online bidding, client communication, etc.

Requirements and Duties:

  1. Generating leads and exceeding sales goals
  2. Preparing daily reports alongside maintaining client reports
  3. Handling the entire cycle of Lead i.e., Lead Registration, Lead Follow-up, Demo Scheduling & Lead Conversions
  4. Collect business requirements using interviews, document analysis & requirements workshops
  5. Coordinate with team and marketing programs
  6. Perform other related duties as assigned
  7. Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures
  8. Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes
  9. Collaborate with project managers and other project team members to ensure on-time delivery
  10. Client acquisition and business development
  11. Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their concerns
  12. Work towards converting potential clients into our clients by providing them with detailed information & solving their queries
  13. Build Relationships with existing as well as future clients/companies
  14. New initiatives in growing business with a quantifiable end product
  15. Taking part in Marketing Strategies

Skill and Ability:

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication
  2. Must be willing to work in a dynamic environment
  3. Experience with Quality project selection and bidding
  4. The candidate should know to write proposals for projects
  5. Experience in IT industry Sales background
  6. Good logical skills with a good presence of mind
  7. Must have basic knowledge of the job sites like - Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, etc
  8. Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  9. Good listening and problem-solving skills
  10. Strong negotiation skills
  11. Time management
  12. Very good operational and organizational skills
  13. Ability to understand and leverage synergies within an organization
  14. Self-motivated, have leadership qualities and creative thinking abilities
  15. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
